Good value, some minor issues

We engaged Heirloom for a Legacy Application Modernization, specifically moving some CICS applications. The pricing structure was clear after the initial assessment, and we felt it offered good value compared to other vendors we considered. The CICS Modernization itself was largely successful, and the new Java applications performed well. However, the initial setup for the Heirloom SDK took a little longer than we anticipated, requiring more in-house team involvement than we expected from the documentation. Customer service was generally helpful, but sometimes it took a day or so to get a detailed technical response. Overall, a positive outcome, but there's room for improvement in the initial SDK integration guidance.
